It can take up to a few hours before our systems update your account with your purchased content as we need to receive the confirmation from Google first.

If you still haven't received the content you purchased, please contact our customer support with the following information:
  • Screenshot of the receipt that includes a GPA number
  • Date and Time of the purchase
  • List of items you purchased
In case your purchase process was interrupted by a phone call, low battery, message etc., you’re NOT supposed to be charged. You just need to start the purchase process again.
